About me

Hello! My name is Rocío and I come from Galicia, northern Spain.

I am a certified Spanish teacher with years of experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language in the UK, Germany and Austria. My mother tongues are Spanish and Galician but I am also fluent in English, German and Portuguese. I love learning new languages and after years studying them, I realized that the only way to learn a language is by understanding the culture itself, so I decided to travel and work for some periods of time in the countries whose languages I wanted to learn while I was teaching my own.

I work full time as Activities Organizer and Schools coordinator in a farm set-up with home-schooling, SEND schools groups and adults with special needs.

In addition, I am also a certified tourist guide because nothing excites me more than sharing my culture with all those interested.

After completing your course, you will have the opportunity to travel with me to one of the most emblematic and beautiful places in Spain: Galicia, where you will be able to put everything you have learned into practice. It will be the best opportunity to immerse yourself in the culture and mingle with the local people who will help you understand not only the language but also their identity.
